For which devices can I order my service online?
You can request service online for all your factory service, maintenance and calibration services. Products include all mobile gas detectors, fixed gas sensors, breathing air cylinders, test and inspection devices, alcohol & drug Impairment devices and select medical devices.
What is the warranty on my Dräger product?
Warranty periods vary per product. Verify your warranty coverage by calling us at 1-800-437-2437 before placing your order.
What if required repairs are detected during device inspection?
Once we inspect your item(s) if repairs are needed, we will send you a new quote, which you can approve or reject at that time. To make this process faster, you can pre-approve additional repairs up to a certain amount when placing your order.
What is your typical turnaround time for service?
Service is typically completed in 10-14 business days as long as we have received the purchase order for payment. There may be exceptions to this time frame. Call 1-800-437-2437 for more information.
